Corrective announcement from the fund manager of Albilad MSCI Saudi Growth ETF regarding Announcement by Albilad Capital regarding the details of non-fundamental changes to Albilad MSCI Saudi Growth ETF.
Introduction/ A corrective announcement for Albilad Capital announcement published on (14/04/1447 H,) corresponding to (06/10/2025 G,). The Fund Manager wishes to clarify the correct effective date for the change instead of the previously stated effective date in the announcement which was (27/04/1447 H,) corresponding to (19/10/2025 G,) it will become effective on (01/05/1447 H,) corresponding to (23/10/2025 G,).
In addition to clarifying all the details of the non-fundamental changes in the fund, instead of the changes that were previously mentioned in the announcement, which are:
• Updating certain clauses in accordance with the amended Investment Funds Regulations by the Board of the Capital Market Authority Resolution Number 1-54-2025 Dated 23/11/1446H Corresponding to 21/5/2025G, in addition to some non-fundamental changes in the Fund's terms and conditions.
Date of the Previous Announcement: 06/10/2025 - 14/04/1447
- The Misstatement in the Previous Announcement: The effective date which was (27/04/1447 H,) corresponding to (19/10/2025 G,).
The details of the non-fundamental changes in the fund: Updating certain clauses in accordance with the amended Investment Funds Regulations by the Board of the Capital Market Authority Resolution Number 1-54-2025 Dated 23/11/1446H Corresponding to 21/5/2025G, in addition to some non-fundamental changes in the Fund's terms and conditions.
The Correction of the Misstatement: The correct effective date which is on (01/05/1447 H,) corresponding to (23/10/2025 G,).
