Albilad Capital announces the approval of the Fund's Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to Albilad MSCI Saudi Growth ETF; such change will become effective on (27/04/1447 H.), corresponding to (19/10/2025 G.).

The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows:

Updating certain clauses in accordance with the amended Investment Funds Regulations by the Board of the Capital Market Authority Resolution Number 1-54-2025, Dated 23/11/1446H Corresponding to 21/5/2025G, in addition to some non-fundamental changes in the Fund's terms and conditions.​
