Announcement by Albilad Capital regarding the distributions of fund's dividends to the Unitholders of Albilad Saudi Sovereign Sukuk ETF

Albilad Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Albilad Saudi Sovereign Sukuk ETF for the month of June 2025 as follows:

Total distribution dividends SAR 61,061.00.

Cash Distributions shall be based on 7,700,000 outstanding units.​

The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.0079 for each unit.

The distribution ratio is 0.09% of the net asset value as on Monday 05/01/1447H, corresponding to 30/06/2025G.

Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Thursday 08/01/1447H, corresponding to 03/07/2025G.​

Distributions will be paid within 10 days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
