Addendum announcement to the Final Offer Price for the IPO of Umm AlQura for Development and Construction Company and the Start of the Subscription Process

Albilad Investment Company in its capacity as Lead Manager, and together with Albilad Investment Company, GIB Capital, and Al Rajhi Capital as Joint Financial Advisors, along with Albilad Investment Company, GIB Capital, Al Rajhi Capital and Alinma Investment Company as Bookrunners and Underwriters on the potential initial public offering “IPO" of the company announce the successful completion of the book-building process for the participating institutional tranche.

With the successful completion of the book-building process, the retail subscription phase will commence on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, and will end on Sunday, March 9, 2025.

The final offer price has been set at SAR 15 per share. The minimum number of shares that can be subscribed to is 10 shares.
