Announcement by Albilad Capital regarding the distributions of fund's dividends to the Unitholders of Albilad Saudi Sovereign Sukuk ETF
Albilad Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Albilad Saudi Sovereign Sukuk ETF for the month of March 2024 as follows:1. Total distribution dividends SAR 292,176.75.2. Cash Distributions shall be based on 10,300,000 outstanding units.3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.0284 for each unit.4. The distribution ratio is 0.35% of the net asset value as on Thursday 18/09/1445H, corresponding to 28/03/2024G.5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Wednesday 24/09/1445H, corresponding to 03/04/2024G.6. Distributions will be paid within 10 days. The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
Albilad Capital announces, that Albilad Sukuk Fund, Annual Report including the annual Audited Financial Results, for the period ended on 31/12/2023G corresponding to 18/06/1445 H, annual audited results are available to public:
1. Net Asset at the end of period: USD 19,619 thousand.
2. Total Expenses & Fees for the period: USD 155 thousand.
3. Net Profit (Loss) for the period of: USD 791 thousand.
4. Number of outstanding units in the end of period: 1,892 thousand units.
5. Net unit value: 10.0692 USD
6. Revenue of the period: 0.77%
