Albilad GCC Real Estate Equity Fund: The Fund's objective is to gain the highest possible returns in the long term (three years minimum) by investing in shares of listed real estate companies in the GCC. In pursuing that goal, the Fund adopted a cautious investment strategy by diversifying risks throughout the GCC markets.

Albilad Kuwait Equity Fund: The Fund seeks to achieve capital increase in the long term (three years minimum) by investing in shares of promising companies that enjoy strong and outstanding performance in the Kuwait Stock Exchange (Boursa Kuwait).

Albilad Fund of REIT Fund: The Fund aims to increase capital in the medium to long term in addition to distributing semiannual dividends through investing mainly in real estate investment funds traded in the Saudi stock market "Tadawul" or offered for subscription.

Albilad US Dollars Murabaha Fund: The Fund aims to preserve the invested capital while achieving a reasonable return through direct participation in the Murabaha operations that do not contradict with the Sharia guidelines.

Albilad Pure Saudi Equity Fund: The Fund aims to develop the invested capital with achieving a distinguished return in the long term (three years minimum) that exceeds the returns achieved by the benchmark index of the fund.

Ensan Endowment Fund : The Fund aims to achieve an annual return on the invested capital and to distribute a percentage of the returns (Waqf Yield) on a continuous basis to the endowment specified disbursement channels, which is to support and provide care for orphans through The Charity Foundation for orphans care "Ensan". Where the charity is committed to spend the fund returns on the specified disbursement channels.


Exchange Traded Funds:

Albilad Capital is one of the pioneering companies in ETFs, as the company launched the first two ETFs in compliance with the Sharia, in the region, specializing in Saudi government Sukuk and gold trading.


Albilad Saudi Sovereign Sukuk ETF: The Fund seeks to simulate the performance of Albilad IdealRatings sovereign Sukuk index, which includes Saudi Riyals denominated Sukuk, listed in the Saudi Stock Main Market (Tadawul), with a maturity of 3 months or more and linked to a market maker. The fund will also seek to distribute monthly dividends to unit holders.


Albilad Gold ETF: The Fund is an open-ended Exchange Traded Fund; offers investors a Sharia-compliant opportunity to invest in physical gold without the difficulty of storing or insuring gold bullions. The Fund closely tracks the returns of gold through an Exchange-traded Fund structure, where units are tradeable on The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
